As mentioned previously, these are specific cards that are either for Armor or Weapons that a player will use. Armor buffs will be mainly focused on defense. For instance, resistance to status effects like Bleeding, Burning etc. However, the rarer the card, the more effects will be added that help a user with defense and offense depending on the card. For example, performing a perfect dodge while wearing Frids Armor spawns an Explosive Trap.
Each Armor card will vary in rarity and will have a set armor value and additional effects and buffs. These will go a long way in helping a run and determine what play style a user will have. It will also have a Mana cost, so you will have to pick and choose if you would prefer to have more armour or a different card with other effects.
Depending on the card, you can have either of the following as the main effect.
-Small increase to Armor (plus an additional effect if the card is a Legendary or Rare card)
-Medium increase to Armor
-Large increase to Armor
They can also change your appearance.
