What is Avalanche Apex Connect?

Apex Connect is the system we use to deliver social features to the game, such as the gravestones of other players that you can discover and loot. We are planning for many more features like these that can bring the community together. The best way to deliver these aspects to the player base, as we found through the games we have worked on, is via Apex Connect.

Where do I create an Avalanche Apex Connect Account?

You can either create your Avalanche Apex Connect account by clicking here and registering a new account or by logging into the game the first time.

Do I need an Avalanche Apex Connect Account?

Yes, having an Avalanche Apex Connect account is required to play Ravenbound.

How do I change my email address or password?

Go to the Avalanche Apex Connect Account portal here, sign in, and navigate to the settings tab.

What do I do if I forget or am locked out of my Avalanche Apex Account?

Go to the Avalanche Apex Connect Account login page here and click forgot password. A new password will be sent to your email.

How do I delete my Avalanche Apex Connect Account?

Login to your Avalanche Apex Connect Account here, click settings, and then click delete account.

What happens if I delete my Avalanche Apex Connect Account?

When choosing to delete your account, all of your Avalanche Apex Connect data will be deleted, but your save game will not be affected. The process to delete your Avalanche Apex Connect account will take 24 hours. If you login and re-activate your Avalanche Apex Connect Account again within this 24 hour period, it will stop the account from being deleted.

What happens if I unlink my Avalanche Apex Connect Account?

When choosing to unlink your Steam account from an Avalanche Apex Connect Account, it will not remove the Avalanche Apex Connect Account. Only the data associated with the game link. Your savegame will not be affected. The process to delete your Avalanche Apex Connect account will take 24 hours. If you login again within this 24 hour period, it will stop the account from being unlinked.

I registered my Avalanche Apex Connect Account, but didn't get an email to verify it.

You can request another email verification. Login to the Avalanche Apex Connect Account portal here, click settings tab, and then click the "resend email" button. If you're experiencing issues with this, then please try a different email or refer to step 13 to contact support.

Can I link more than one Steam, PS4, or XBOX account to my Avalanche Apex Connect Account?

If you own other Systemic Reaction games on more than one platform, then you can link your Avalanche Apex Connect Account to both platforms. You can only link one of each platform to your account at the same time, though.

How do I unlink my Avalanche Apex Connect Account from Ravenbound?

You can unlink your account within the Ravenbound game. From Settings, navigate to Avalanche Apex Connect Account, then press Unlink User.

What should I do if I can't link my game to Apex Connect?

If you experience the message "The platform account is already linked to another Apex Connect account" most likely you had registered an Apex Connect account with a different email from another Avalanche game, such as Second Extinction or theHunter: Call of the Wild. In this case you should log in to Second Extinction using the credentials from this games or contact support for the further assistance.
